Poverty in Management Education The management education what we providing in the southern part of Tamilnadu is not going to make any change the growth of entrepreneurship.  We have the syllabus which is given by various universities which use to develop the student to read the books better than their pervious education.  Sometimes they used to lose that chance also by getting the local author books which covers the entire syllabus given by the university and it is exam oriented. What is really important for the management education? What we have to modify? Details will follow in the first episode. 
Spirituality and Life skills When I was been as kid my grandparents used to teach me and restrict myself to follow some customs every day. That was the irritating movement that day but after some time I practiced to that. I stated realizing the factors of those customs what they insisted to me in the name of spiritual.
